Service used almost half a tank of gas to diagnose an issue (under warranty). Quite honestly I thought that should have been addressed and, at least, should have been refilled.

I still plan to contact Honda corporate about the problem with my car. This cannot happen again. It appears the problem corrected itself because part way to Serra Honda for my appointment this morning, my tail lights began working. They still checked the connections to make sure it was working when I left. They also ran a check with the computer.

He is the first service advisor at any dealer I’ve worked with in the last five years ( on all my vehicles) to give me a service schedule (since newer vehicles no longer give you a manual with a schedule —go figure! ).
