Cam was my go to service advisor at Fox Honda for many years (I have 3 Honda automobiles). I was pretty bummed when I learned that he was no longer at Fox. When I called to book service appointments for each of my three vehicles at Fox, I was given dates that were months out. I definitely did not feel like a priority customer considering I had three Honda’s that I was looking to get serviced. After a little sleuthing, I discovered that Cam had moved to Serra Honda. I think so highly of Cam that I cancelled my recent appointment at Fox Honda, moving my service appointment to Serra Honda where Cam now works. Cam is an outstanding service advisor and I did not feel that Fox cared about me as a customer. When I contacted Cam, he made me a priority and scheduled me with a very short lead time. Serra is fortunate to have Cam on its team and moving forward I will be doing my service and oil changes at Serra Honda.

Very happy with the service and their willingness to fit us into the schedule. However, we had received a couple for a discounted oil change in the mail and then when we tried to use it were told it was only good for Honda’s. Don’t bother sending us a coupon if we can’t use it.
