Jesse and the team was great. Very expedient. My only service request is having a loner or rental car available. My warranty is suppose to cover me with a vehicle. I work health care and can not simply not show up. My husband was home sick, and is also an essential worker. So, I was able to take his car to work. But a loner/rental car is part of my warranty. Also, I am super concerned that this is a brand new car….and we had to replace the battery with only 706 miles on the car. That just should not be….concerned. Thank you Jesse for being so fast and attentive. You were great!!!

I would like to share a couple of comments about Serra Honda:
Your facility is beautiful and beautifully maintained!
My comments encompass two areas first, your prices seem high to me since my service the other day at 57000 miles cost $520 with no repairs of any kind. Second if prices are set by Honda I’d suggest considering the following:
I am a 76 year old living with my wife in South Haven on fixed incomes which are taxed here in Michigan unlike our home state of Illinois.
I’m suggesting you take a look at giving a Senior Discount!?! Serra Honda is great but not the closest to home. An incentive of this kind would provide an added inducement to keep making that longer drive and keep us coming back when we buy our Pilot in a year.
