There is damage to the passenger-side door of our vehicle that was not there before leaving it at Serra. The mileage reported on our receipt did not match the mileage on the odometer when our car was returned, and the extra miles driven are unaccounted for. Things were out of place and/or moved around in our vehicle without explanation. The vehicle came in with a quarter tank of gas and was on E when we got it back. The headlights work and the harness seems to be fully repaired, however we would like the damage caused to the door that occurred on Serra’s premises repaired, at the very least.

Service was great, Phil is awesome! I have one question from the multi point inspection. There was a known issue in regards to the windshield washer from this summer that we've not gotten fixed yet. On the checklist it shows the windshield washer spray/wiper operation/wiper blades were in satisfactory condition. Shouldn't the "may require future attention " be checked instead? The sprayer doesn't work! Is the remainder of the checklist true, correct?
Otherwise, fantastic service ????
