Someone stole my dam iPhone usb cable straight from my Apple car play usb port. I am 100% positive it was in there when I dropped it off. When I got home from picking it up the usb cable was gone and my other charger had been unplugged. I’m not mad but why?

Team discovered a dead mouse in my air filter and said they would remove it and treat it with a sanitizer. They didn’t remove all of it - The fan was making a crazy noise when I got into the car so I had to go back in - they didn’t finish the job. ?? After I went back in they said they removed it all.
