We had a disagreement regarding the repairs done. Originally diagnosed injectors @ $1600. After replacing recived call that car still ran much the same as before replacing injectors and needed ?? O2 SENSOR??. He already had sensor ordered. After replacing sensor car runs good. In my mind, I did NOT need the injectors?? Maybe,maybe not??? One thing that's have helped this situation would have been to take a teat drive afterinhector replacement....but before replacing sensor. One of Mt biggest pains here was ?Cody? s(orry terrible w names) seemed to have NO bend regarding the whole situation and very little empathy. Unfortunately I did not get the other gentleman's name which stepped in and at least was willing to work with me. We finally settled at $1200, which is better than $2000. Still in my mind....the injectors were unneeded and consequently by far the most expensive part of this repair. In reality what I see is I needed an O2 sensor replaced which on the high end probably should not have cost more than $500. I am glad gentleman2cstepped in and was at least willing to work with me as talking to Cody was going NOWHERE. I bring my car to Serra as you guys are supposed to be the experts. Unfortunately this has left some doubt in my mind:(. Rick Dirkse
