The service man who checked me in tried to sell me $600.00 worth of work I didn’t need (as proven by the fact that your dealership did the work 6 months ago.) He never checked what had already been done on the vehicle just determined by the mileage that the work was needed. I feel like he was acting in a manner trying to swindle an unsuspecting customer out of a sale or he was incompetent in making actual sure of what a car needed before offering a service. It took him less than 30 seconds to verify that the work has already been done once I asked about it. I am VERY disappointed in the dealership over this. I paid cash for my car 6 month ago and to be treated like a way to make a commission now was very disappointing.
