Phil was very efficient. He explained everything that was wrong with my car, gave me a timeline and answered every question I had. I had been going to other local mechanics with my previous car (Chevy) and I always felt rushed and just another number for their bottom line. I didn’t feel this way at Serra Honda, it was quite refreshing. This was my first time visiting this dealership, I will definitely be back.

I pulled in spontaneously because of a tire pressure light when in fact, I had picked up a screw and needed the tire repair which they were able to do immediately and I was in and out of there with a minimal $25 service charge. I really appreciate the Honda service. !

Brought my car in due to the touch screen turning green at random points and then one day it stopped working completely. Once I shut the car off and back on it started to work again. So I brought it in and they could not figure out why it did it. So I was told to take a picture or video. I asked some simple follow up questions to which I was basically snapped back at. I know very little about cars so I figured asking these questions would be fine but did not feel like they were welcomed. I do not plan on buying any future cars from here if this is how you are treated when things go wrong.

Called on Thursday and got an appointment for Monday. Got a call by 10 am on what needed to be done and the work was completed the same day. Very happy to have my car back. Prior to calling Serra Honda, my Pilot had sat at Fox Honda and hadn’t even been looked at so I was very happy with how responsive Serra Honda was.
