I had my vehicles oil changed. It seemed to take longer than necessary. Also, after I drove about 1/4 mile on the 4 lane road and got up to highway speed, I saw the hood bouncing up and down. I found the hood was not latched down. Needless to say I was not happy about having to stop on the side of a busy interstate!

From driving into the garage to pick up the experience was positive I was quickly handed off to Larry. He was professional. He asked if I needed help getting my belongings out of the car. He personally handed me off to the shuttle. He called when he said he would. He personally walked me to the door at pick up and pointed me to where my car was waiting. Couldn't be more satisfied.
