When I scheduled appointment I indicated I wanted wiper blades replaced. Wiper blades were not available at time of service even though I requested them replaced 3 weeks prior. Unacceptable!

The service today was outstanding. Was planning on an oil change and rotating tires, but the front needed an alignment, time needed was a hour and one half for service. Time crunch for me , but Dwain completed all the needed service in less than 1 hour. I was in time for my next appointment, he was so pleasant and friendly and pulled off a miracle, was so thankful.
