I was in a very difficult spot when my van began overheating late sat afternoon and Steven was there to help. I was 40 miles from home and Steven made all the arrangements to allow me to get home. The van was scheduled for repairs on Monday. Steven kept me informed with the diagnosis and repair. Finally the van was done when he said it was to be finished. There were no surprises but just excellent customer service from Steven. Many thanks to him helping me deal with a difficult situation.

I loved my service manager. He is great! But when I came back to get my car I had a hard time finding someone to help me. There were a lot of employees around but not one asked how can I help you and I wasnt sure where to go as I hadn't used the service department more than once or twice
