I was charged for nothing being done to my vehicle. I lost a whole day without my car just so they can tell me to bring it back when the check engine light comes back on. I feel I was cheated out of $130.00

My car was left on Saturday morning and I was updated Saturday afternoon. I asked for my car to be finished with the inspection on Monday with a total so I could make a decision. No call on Monday. I had to drive by on Tuesday after work to ask about my car which they never finished the inspection. So I told them I would have it towed on Wednesday after work. Not the service I expected. I may have been buying a new car but due to the lack of service I received. I will be buying a new car elsewhere.

I recieved my RV back in a dirty condition with grease marks all over the front hood, side entry door, steering wheel and on my carpet by the gas pedal. I just did a major cleaning the previous Friday so I know it wasn't from me as I don't service my own vehicle. I have pictures of the dirty condition. Disappointed in the lack of care taken by the mechanic!
