What was done to my car was fine. Robert did not write up my service agreement. I’m not sure who did. My appointment was at 10:00 AM. I had someone waiting for me, and I didn’t get to talk to a Service Advisor until 10:20. I told them I wanted to fix the sync for my phone so I could hear directions and the gentleman said no problem. When I got done, I went inside and Robert didn’t know who I was. I asked for help with sync, and a very nice young man said he would help. Robert didn’t offer to help. When the young man couldn’t figure out the issue, Robert came outside and asked what the problem was. He said my car didn’t have that capability. I told him that it was doing it when I bought it and he said he had a car like mine and it doesn’t do that. I went to the Sales Department and they assisted me in getting the sync working. Not sure why Robert didn’t ask if anyone knew how to do it. It took me longer than expected to fix a minor issue. Not sure if I would return to Ford of Upland for sercice at this point.

Robert was great, but picking up the car was a different story. It took the lady 20 minutes to find out where my car was and whoever worked on my car did not properly close the hood. I drove almost all the way home before I noticed that the hood wasn’t latched.

You tried to upsell my wife lugnuts? I've never heard of having to buy lugnuts in my life. Lucky for me, I have a friend at Ford who tells me they are cheap pieces of Chinese trash. Trying to sell my wife these for a car that is 2 years old is ridiculous. I'll be in touch tomorrow.

Unprofessional. Kept saying they would call back never did till 2 days later. We had to initiate all comunication. Didnt give us prices upfront and we payed extended warranty from Ford and now telling us there is a deductible. We also have a BMW and when we go for service No BS but Ford service very unprofessional and shady about hidden fee.
