I am extremely disappointed that no one bothered to make any further contact with me to inform me that my vehicle would not be done the day I dropped it off for my scheduled 8:30 am appointment on 6/16/20. I was told the recall fix, oil change, and possible door adjust would be done in a relatively short amount of time. This was the message I received at 11:03 am that day: “ Update: Don't worry Walt, we haven't forgotten about you. I'll make sure to keep you informed about your vehicle. Thanks! Michael Mills.” After no further contact that day I called the dealership shortly after 5pm and was told the Service Department was closed and everyone had gone home. The Grody Ford website lists the Service Department hours as M - F 7am to 6pm. I’m satisfied with the service that was performed on my vehicle, but communication from the Service Dept this day was completely lacking. Walt B

When I received my vehicle, the front passenger bumper was scratched, the tire was scratched. I did point it out to a service representative and they were very professional and told me they would review the security cameras if it was damaged there. Other than that, my service was very pleasant!

At 3:50pm I got a call saying my car would be ready in 10 minutes. I was in the waiting room at the time. My car was not brought out and nobody came looking for me. I waited until 5:00 then went looking for it. The service drive was closed and nobody was around. I had to have a salesman go get it. Somebody dropped the ball.

I ask just oil and filter change when I get the bill was 62$ something I said wow the raise the price to much and I left when I get home and check the paper work I notice the do tire rotation with out ask me if I want that service which I don’t wanted that’s is not fair
