I am very disappointed with how much time this 2020 Explorer has been in for service issues. It's been there for over 7 weeks and many time prior with electrical issues. I will say, Mike has been awesome in handling all the recent issues. Just now waiting for Ford to buy back this lemon so I can start over...
Mike is one of the reasons we will continue to come back to Ford. The other is my salesman Saleem. They always take the best care of us with all our Fords.
