Not impressed with Chad as service manager. Continuing issue with window trim corrosion/rust tracked ever six months has been an unresolved problem. Had to push Chad to take it serious. Joe, former manager, understood. Servicing my lease vehicle has been least satisfying aspect of leasing from Ken Grody Ford. And I am about to have to decide if I’m going to lease again . . . Mark B

You had my car for seven weeks in the spring and I just got it back and drove it once and the engine light went on so you had it again for almost a week. When it was finally ready my son called and Chad said he lost my phone number despite the fact I called every day, I’m sure I’m in your computer and all he had to do was look in the glove compartment. Not happy with him at all or the service department for that matter. This is a new car and things should not be happening as they are

Dropped car off at 8 am. It took all day to do a brake job, and I had to call at 2 pm and find out what was up with my car. Called me 28 minutes before closing to pick up my car and made a big stink about a late pick up. Had to pay over the phone and wasn’t even told the total, had to ask. When i went to pick up the car from reception, i went to the main desk and was about to ask if that was reception but was cut in front of by an employee and started talking to the guy at the desk. Way to acknowledge a customer. A bald guy who i found out was a manger asked what i needed. uh my car dude I’m here for a late pick up! Last name? That’s all he said not oh great right over there or welcome back to ken Grody ford, or sorry my guy cut you off there! Couldn’t have been ruder. Reception told me he was a manger, must sell a ton of fords to get where he is cause he is t a people person. Not the Ken Grody experience I am used to. Joe Britton is a great service man, if he was in charge this would’ve never happened. I don’t think it was Michaels fault but everyone that day was terrible.
