In the shop 3 days the first time for oil change. In the shop 4 days the 2nd time for front shock adjustment. No updates along the way. Phone calls not returned timely. Text messages not responded to. Service rep not aware of TSB 19-2365. Dipstick was supposed to be replaced for oil consumption test, but was not.

Chad is a really nice guy with great customer service.The problem still hasn't been fixed. There is a noise in the front end when turning in and out of parking spots. I have had it happen a couple other times just turning too. I also still have the issue with the seat AC coming on when started by remote. I was told it's a setting. But that's not true. It wasn't Chad that told me that. It was the last service advisor that told me this.
