CJ was fantastic. I haven't had this good of service from McGrath in several years. Great job bringing back the excellent service. It makes me confident in buying my vehicles from you. The service call center has also improved but still frustrating at times.

I’m disappointed because despite my engine chugging with a check engine light it couldn’t duplicated, which is no fault of the dealer- but I usually get a free car wash and that wasn’t done. I was quoted 47 for the oil change then $7-8 in other fees were charged and during the seat recall work they knocked stuff all about with no care about it. The in person and phone service was outstanding but the little details that make it worth the drive were lacking this visit

Scheduled for a 9:30am oil change. At 11:10 went out side to see what was taking so long. Car was done and never notified. Service guy preceded to belittle my wife. Horrible customer service. But hey, what do you expect, you don't end up working at a car dealership unless you're an incompetent idiot. I'll make sure to never come back or purchase from this group again.
