I had my windshield replaced and im still finding small pieces of glass inside my car from picking it up 2 weeks ago. The entire process to replace the windshield took over 3 weeks bc of Audi's inability to send the correct windshield 3 separate times. My car was also returned to me much dirtier than when it was dropped off and still had glass tape on the car that i had to go and by specific remover to get rid of all the residue. My rep Simeon was good communicating with me but this whole process was very frustrating.
