Sino and the Audi team were absolutely wonderful. They were 100% accommodating to me as I needed a loaner vehicle to drive to Milwaukee. The team provided me with the loaner to drive to Milwaukee and then drove out my finished car to Milwaukee when it was done the next day. My car was in incredible shape. I’m extremely grateful and happy for this service. Lastly, the team helped work with me to get the price down due to recalls. Thank you!!!!

The tires were rotated but apparently the tire pressures were not checked because almost immediately upon leaving after the service, the low tire pressure light came on. I did not have time to return and wait for someone to be made available to check them. I went to Costco and used their self service air pump which airs the tires according to the setting you choose, 35 for front tires and 38 for the rear tires according to the specs in the door.

SIMEON did a wonderful job from greeting me when I walked in to following up by phone. They worked very hard to find what caused the various emergency lights to go on and the seatbelt sign to say they were not on when they were on. They couldn’t find the reason for the warning and malfunction lights. they worked closely with the Audi computer department. They did their best but somehow there was no finding what caused the problem. Paul Bright, my salesman even got involved and talk to me by phone and that was very reassuring. I love everything about this dealership. This is not a dealership problem or a service problem. This is an Audi problem and an Audi capital USA needs to do better.
