Jaylene was extremely friendly and professional. My situation was a mess as the loaner I was driving was rear ended and even Jaylene did a great job at mitigating the situation. Like all the mcgrath service managers, she proved excellent customer service and kept posted every step of the way regarding what was best for my car.
