I waited for 1 hour and 45 minutes for a 7:30 am appointment. I arrived early and was the second car on line . Waiting area indoors was packed, no social distancing available. I waited outside. Overbooking? I saw people that arrived after me leaving before me. Did not seem right. Received 4-5 messages confirming appointment, but once I was there did not seem to care if the service was delivered in a timely manner. Additionally after the visit, left window not opening, seems stuck, after my visit ! It was working before...
