I have never had a bad experience with customer service at Bob Baker Subaru Carlsbad, but Tanner provided the best service thus far. He was attentive to what I intended to get serviced and communicated with me well. Additionally, Tanner assisted with expediting the service at the end due to time constraints which showed another level of customer service.
