I was totally happy with the service technician Eric’s performance. He got my car in while I waited for the completion of the service. During the service he kept me informed to the stage it was in. He finished with in the estimated time. When my vehicle is in again for service I hope Eric takes care of my car
and me!!!

The service writer that I had the appointment with never showed up so Brenden stepped up to help. Very nice person but very inexperienced. One of the problems that I wanted looked at I do not believe was adequately addressed. Felt like the service area was understaffed and unorganized. I think they need to up their game. Below average performance.

Zach has been great to work with today. But I brought the car in for an oil change and a simple fix. He got me great pricing on the fix, but it took over 3 hours. And when I picked up the car after the oil change, it started smoking from under the hood within 2 blocks. I ended up driving a loaner home. Again, Zach has been great, but I would expect more from an oil change at the Subaru dealership.
