Eric was great! My issue has to do with the service technician not properly reinstalling the air filter cover housing. I was fortunate to notice this while topping off the washer fluid shortly after my service visit.
I would hate to think about the engine damage that might of occurred, driving without an air filter, over an extended period of time...
