Carlos was great!!! I was in a hurry because I needed to be at work by noon. He took my car in right away for the headlight bulb. He was very courteous and polite. It’s been ages since I was satisfied with the service at Bob Baker. I may actually become a regular if Carlos is always this good. Kudos to Carlos!!
