The entire process was seemless and done as quickly as possible. I live in San Clemente and had acute bronchitis when I noticed a growing crack in my windshield. I drove to the dealership to assess the damage and establish a game plan to resolve the problem. That is where Tanner took control. He discovered that the initial chip was directly beneath the wiper blade. I contacted my insurance company to find what needed to be done and Tanner provided them all the necessary paper work to get claim approval. When the new windshield arrived, he secured a loaner auto for me so I could drop off my car and return home to attend to my continuing sickness. The next day Tanner got the required paperwork to my insurer to obtain their payment. I returned to Bob Baker, returned the loaner and drove home with my new calibrated windshield.

Tanner was wonderful to work with today. He greeted me promptly and got me all checked in after listening to my list of things I was hoping could be done today. He made sure I got on the board to get a ride to and from work. The morning electric car driver (Wayne?) was the same person who came and picked me up at the end of the day. He was courteous, friendly and prompt. At the end of the day Tanner thoroughly explained all that was done to the vehicle ( everything was addressed!) and he quickly retrieved my vehicle for me.
