Service took longer than expected. There needs to have some communication as to what time the car got into the service bay and work was started on it.

I always appreciate the knowledgeable and courteous service and staff at Bob Baker. They often explain things I was unaware of and I meet nice people in the waiting room or in coffee area. I Love my Forester because I feel safe and have great visibility. Today I opened my huge sunroof and enjoyed the sun and fresh air circulating around me.
