Will was an awesome service advisor, but the repairs were half ****. You stopped the leak from the sunroof but the whole inside of the car is still wet and the headliner is water-stained. We've had fans running on it all day. Looks like thd car was flooded from the top down. I understand that we have 41K on the car, but VW clearly admitted a design flaw.
