Only complaint is the porter brought my car out with the brakes squeaking and it was because he pulled car out of lot with parking brake on the entire time.

My 2018 Outback had a battery that kept needing a jump. I couldn't listen to the radio during lunch or charge my phone in fear of the battery going dead. Thankfully Subaru replaced it no questions asked. I am curious though - the "size" / voltage rating was not on the paperwork? Is it larger/better than the original? Again - Thank you for replacing it!

JP took over my service(although was a scheduled one)from Express when I added a few services on, plus tires. He answered some questions from the Express writer and helped me out. The tires needed to be ordered and I would return for that service. I was concerned some elements of the 60 month service had not been done(less than stellar prior service)so he made sure that was performed. JP was very professional and updated me since I waited(was about 5 hrs), as I live 35 miles away and choose to be loyal to the place I bought my car.
