They could not locate a replacement battery for my 2019 Volkswagen Jetta SEL, under warranty. Was out of town on vacation and could not wait four days for one to be shipped in. So I have to jump the car and drive it back to Tucson and try to get a take care of it my home dealership. Not disappointed With the service itself, the reps and people were great, just pretty bad that you can’t find a battery locally to replace the crappy one that came with the car.

I had an appointment for regular maintenance at 10:15am and my car was not ready until 1pm. I have never had a regular appointment take almost 3 hours. I understand the place was busy and Mr Lopez was very polite and professional but what is the point of making an appointment if my car isn't being serviced at that time? There is no way changing the oil and rotating tires takes that much time. I dont understand the inner workings of your company but I don't see this as an employee issue but as a time management issue for the company.

Checking out was quick, again William was pleasant made sure I had no additional questions. Since we are dealing with Covid I want to mention he took all necessary precautions with face mask and social distancing. Also informed me my car was wiped down.
