I’m the exact opposite of satisfied with the service I received. I had never received and itemized quote prior to service, everything verbal. When I was told it would be complete, there was an added warranty service that comes with a required $300 up charge, again all verbal. I had to pay for an Uber to get a ride to come pick up my vehicle. I paid you over $800 for my “repairs”, otherwise known as a Tune up with $600 in labor fees, and when I picked up my car, the door handle is still broken so I must continue to open up the car from the passenger door to enter my vehicle. $600 in labor, and no acknowledgement of the broken door and a sorry bring it back and we’ll fix it. I need my car to transport myself around, I don’t need it sitting at your facility for 4 days, to pay an obscene amount of money to have it, almost all fixed! You guys have ripped me off once again. I don’t trust your facility, I won’t ever recommend your facility, and cannot believe I brought my car back to you guys again. I’m extremely frustrated with the way I’ve been treated as a long term customer. I have brought all 4 vehicles I’ve ever owned to your facility at some point in time, and to continue to receive such poor service is unbelievable. I’m contacting your representative to have my door fixed since it was obviously ignored by whoever entered the car to move it, you guys are going to fix the door, and then I’m getting a different car, from a different company, so I can’t take it to get repaired somewhere other than your facility. Absolutely Ridiculous.

Despite I had an appointment for 9:30 am, I had to wait in line and could only pick up my car and leave at 1:30 pm. This ruined all my work plans for a day. I will not use VW service at Carlsbad.

Zach is always so amazing! He’s nice and truly cares for the well-being of your car and you. It’s nice to find people that have your best interests in mind and also are really good at explaining things. His calm, confident and patience demeanor is so helpful and necessary especially in the service industry! So grateful Zach was assigned to help me with my car again!
