A few months ago I brought in one of my vans. You said rear brakes needed to be replaced. I took to another Ford dealer and they said the brakes were in the yellow zone and not needed to be changed yet. Today you said my 2016 van needs rear brakes. I don't trust you and will not return with me fleet vehicles.
