The service guys have no class when driving customers vehicles. In and out of the garages they would speed around and slam on the brakes very close to other vehicles with other service guys as if it were a game. When my truck was done being serviced it suddenly disappeared for ten minutes then I see the driver of it come around the corner barely missing the curb in the parking lot. Then he proceeded to park it where then another service guy sped towards him in my truck and they both started honking while laughing. This is my first experience with Quick Lane and Raceway Ford, based on it I would not return. Unacceptable behavior and service guys with no respect.

Clearly all of the service worker didn’t want to do there job there and just wanted to scam there customer out of money. I went in for a service that is covered by warranty and they refused to fix the problem and charged me for just looking at the car. Went to go pick it up later that day and the service department locked my keys up even though they said they would leave them out. Overall horrible experience and just can’t wait to get a new car and be done with Ford for the rest of my life and the generations to come.
