Alan was great, he took care of all my concerns. I was worried my car might take longer than I was told due to experiences friends had in the past, but Alan was able to get me a rental and peace of mind. I ended up only needing the rental for a day since my car was fixed in time with no issues. He truly Made this experience something simple and great.
