Good service from mark, very polite and courteous. My only issue was I was told that my car pulled a second check engine light code for the removal active grill shutters. When I told them the shutters have been removed for a year with no check engine light they said they would wave the 130.00 fee for checking the check engine light. I also told him I checked the code before driving the car to the dealership and had pictures of the code. The only code that should was for a small evaporation leak (recall repair). This puts a bad taste in my mouth trusting the dealership for repairs now. My driver side speaker is bad now and I don’t know if I trust you guys to fix it. My car should still be under warranty I did buy the extended warranty

In addition to an oil change I asked to have my nonfunctioning windshield washer spray on the passenger side checked. Upon completion of the service I asked what was found to be the issue with the sprayer. The technician said nothing was wrong more fluid was all that was needed.he did not find any other issue. Upon going to my vehicle I tried the washer and found that the passenger sprayer still did not work. It is my belief that the technician did not check out the problem but simply filled the fluid reservior.
