Dan was great! Very friendly and very professional. He kept me informed of the status of my vehicle which was greatly appreciated as was his forms of communication (phone, text and email)
Pick up or my vehicle when Dan was off, that was a little rough. I picked up at 7:15 am Sat morning and it took nearly 25 min for the vehicle to be pulled up, there was only one other customer. The vehicle was left dirty from the techs boots and hands as I have light interior, however, despite this slip up which were both outside of Dan’s control, I will bringing my other Ford vehicles to Dan.
Additionally, despite the two issues I experienced overall compared to other Ford/Lincoln dealers I have serviced at this was by far the easiest and most pleasant. I attribute this experience to Dan's ability to deliver excellent customer service.
