The overall service yes. The issue I have is I was told the positive post on my 2016 flex was not an available part to only find that there is a part number available in which I bought. Hard to trust auto shop recommendations as it is. I was told to fix this issue I would have to buy the whole positive battery harness plus labor for 600.00 what a rip off. I bought the genuine ford part for 33.00 my labor time 15 minutes. I’m glad I’m a car guy because I could of gotten ripped off.

I am very happy with the service I received from Mike McFarland at Quick Lane service at Raceway Ford. He went above and beyond to help with a tire warranty issue just as if he was selling all brand new top of the line tires. Mike and the other guys there, Thomas, Javier, and the techs deserve a big pat on the back.

I was concerned with the issue of my transmission giving me trouble. I had it serviced by your mechanic just a couple of months ago. I believe they did something that created my transmission to act up? Maybe not adding enough transmission fluid? Although I appreciate I am being refunded the price of the cabin filter and the labor cost. It now makes me question the accuracy of recommended services by the techs. I rely on the techs to make certain my vehicle is running at as it should and when I feel something is being sold to me unnecessarily that’s where I have to question if my vehicle would be better served elsewhere?
