I was happy to get the work done Javier took care of it but we where not spec ting it to take 6 hrs for a brake job. We were there at 7 am.

I brought my truck in due to a loud rattle at the front of the truck. When I took the truck in, I spoke to one of your servicemen. I told him I had the extended warranty, 125,000 mile bumper to bumper. My truck has less than 50,000 on it. He said it’s most likely not covered because “bumper to bumper doesn’t mean bumper to bumper”. In the evening I was told the truck was ready. I picked it up the next day. He said the total bill was $322 and it was not covered under my warranty. I questioned why this was not covered in my bumper to bumper coverage. He again told me bumper to bumper doesn’t necessarily mean bumper to bumper. He offered to call about my warranty right then. I said I would like him to call. He called one company and they told him they couldn’t find my warranty in their records. He then called another company, who found my warranty. Everything was covered except for the deductible, which was $200. The serviceman said they did a transmission recall part on the vehicle and he said they replaced a valve for the 4 wheel drive. I told him I didn’t think that was going to fix the problem because a valve would not create the noise I have in my truck. He told me the truck was driven 20 miles after this repair and they didn’t hear anything. I drove out of the parking lot and was .5 miles away before the loud noise started up. I was unable to turn around because I needed to go to work and my ride had already left. I called the serviceman immediately to tell him the noise was still there and was told in an oh well type of tone, “ok bring it back when you can”. Essentially I had my truck there for 2 days and my original problem is still there and now I’m having an additional issue with the transmission (which I didn’t have before).

I had an appt, but it took a little longer than I woukd have liked, but they found a defective part which likely wouldve gotten worse before I noticed.

Every thing I wanted to get fixed got fixed in in the time frame that I had allotted. Best thing the shuttle service was timely allowing me to meet Doctors appointment that I had to fit in.
