Not having 100% certainty that a part that is not under warranty is the problem in no way justified to have the customer pay for it and 100% wrong. It’s unfortunate that the discussions changed as to what the problem is and there was never any indications that the part in question was showing bad prior. I was told prior that the battery was bad and I paid for a new battery and that was not the problem. Now I am being told I have to again pay for something that they think is the problem but can’t be for sure. It’s unfortunate that I personally know people at Raceway Ford and is why I took my business there. This car will be a lemon law but will not take away the treatment I have been through for a car that has a class action law suit class against it.
