I took my truck back after getting a alignment done because something had come loose and threw the alignment off. The first attempt at doing the re alignment took 4 hours and when I went to drive away the steering wheel was so cocked to the left to go straight it was bad. So went back to dealership to have fixed and took almost 2 hours between waiting on people to come back from lunch and was asked to drive it around the parking lot and which at the time it seemed ok but minute on got it on to the road the truck pulled so far to the right I was not comfortable bringing it back for a third time to be fixed. If I could get my money back as the service I paid for wasn’t done properly and wasn’t fixed properly either. Worst service I have got. Mark was good at communicating so I understand this doesn’t fall on him but your mechanics. I took it to another shop and they had to do a lot of adjustments to fix it which I have print out of.

The homelink system doesn’t work on my Explorer. I spent half a day trying to get it to work on several garage doors working with Homelink. They told me there was a known issue with my Explorer. You guys tell me you tested it and it was fine. I spent a lot of time testing and according to homelink there’s a problem. It should work on a new Explorer and if there’s an issue you guys should be aware of it. I should have to buy an aftermarket opener.
