I would like to receive more coupons for oil changes. At 70$ it is looking like we will be looking at other options for oil changes.i also paid 15$ for a new seal on the drain plug on our truck of 67,000 miles and I have never done that on my sonata which has 165000 miles on it and has been worked on by different companies.

When I was talking with Jim about the condition of my car he was an exceptional representative. But when I called back the day that he wasn't there another representative told me that there was a fee on my car 4 a diagnostic. I was never told that there was a fee for a diagnostic or that I was going to be charged anyting, also I never signed or agreed to any charges. Nevertheless I had to pay a fee in order to get my car released. I think that this is a bit unprofessional and did not like it.

Estimated time given 1.5 hours. I got a phone call 3 hourss later with an update. Good thing I rented a car. Estimate given over phone for 60K maintenance was $300 lower than estimates given when I actually brought the car in. You have to do better. It’s the same every time I get maintenance at Quick Lane.
