My NEW FORD vehicle has had an issue with losing tire pressure since the first time west hills performed a tire rotation. I mentioned it at every service since and was always given an excuse of why it would have to wait until my next service to be found. Now you found the issue but, instead of fixing the issue you tell me I should just get new tires because the original tires (that have just under 36,000 miles) are now shot.
I figure you guys don’t want to do the warranty repair and would rather try to sell me some tires. On that note if you think I would even think of buying tires from a Ford Dealer that can not even make it 50,000 miles on their original tires you are mistaken. I also liked the nice touch of how you could not find any damage on any previous visits to explain the leak but now you are noting damage. The problem is the tires that leaked had no damage and the tire that had rub marks from curb parking has been rotated to the location of a tire that was leaking. I was also told all tires were pressurized to 35 psi yet according to the car sensors 2 were at 40psi and the other 2 were at 30 psi. I guess if you average the pressure it is 35psi. I requested that if the tires got rotated that I be told where they are rotated to so I can continue to monitor and I was not told anything regarding the new location of the leaking tires.
I will be contacting Ford about my warranty and on the service plan I purchased. I do find it unusual that when I come in for scheduled maintenance I am told that I need all of these services but, once we establish I am on a prepaid maintenance plan all I really need is an oil change.
My very first service I received from West Hills was outstanding. I stated so in my feedback. Since then it goes down a little each time. This time was a bit much. I don’t blame Brenda. I am sure she is encouraged to upsale on every appointment. Since west hills refused to do a repair option I would like my diagnostic fee that was charged reimbursed. Do not contact me regarding any other option other than reimbursement. If this is beyond your authority please don’t waste anymore of my time. I will take my case to Ford next.

Colin has very poor customer service. Every time that he said he would call me to give me an update, he never called. I had to call him every time to get information. And it was very hard to get a hold of him. He never answered his phone once out of all the times that I called. I would leave voicemails and I wouldn’t get a call back till a few hours later. It was frustrating communicating with Colin.

Max was great. Kelsey was also very helpful and greated me as a friend. I was most disappointed by the fact that you did not even clear a path through the slushy parking lot so that customers at the Mazda building could get to the deli counter in the Ford building. I had a sloppy, wet walk to get lunch while waiting for my Mazda service.
