I wasn’t as satisfied as I have been in the past from Ford. Our funds were low due to the recent weather storm and went into a place of business that showed very little compassion for others. When told not to perform a service on my vehicle, the team members at Ford swayed away from my opinion and performed the service anyways. I had to pay out of pocket when I couldn’t afford it at the moment and was offended by the offers of compensation they had in mind.

Your staff was unable to tell me the price of a routine maintenance procedure over the phone, twice, and when I cam in the cost was highway robbery. Have no worries I did not pay the almost literal arm and leg. I will say thank you though for prompting me to just do the job myself to save the humiliation of having paid so much for what is a ten minute job.

Kelsey did a remarkable job helping during the snow snap and keeping the loaner vehicle until we could get in. Great job! An improvement would be to bring our vehicle into the customer drop off area with the snow and ice removed. I had to climb over the snow piles and remove 12” of snow and then work to remove the snow just to try and enter the cabin.

This was a miserable experience, although it wasn’t Jesse‘s fault. When I booked the appointment I was told it would take 2.5 hours. When I dropped the car off at 11:30 AM (which was early), I was told it would not be ready until 4:00. I called at 3:00 to confirm that it would be ready. I was told that it would be, so I came back shortly after 4:00. I then proceeded to be told “another 30 minutes“ for the next two hours. I needed to be somewhere at 6:00 and I didn’t get out of your dealership until 5:55. It’s completely unacceptable.

I've brought my truck there twice and both times the truck was released to me as being done. The first time the dip stick tube was damaged but I didn't find out until later so I fixed it myself. The second time oil was spilled onto the engine and not cleaned up causing smoke and fumes to enter the cab.
