the problem with my car started 2 weeks ago when I called to make the appt I was told that I had to wait until there was an available appt. the problem is intermittent and was not occurring today when I brought my car in. I was then told I should have just brought it in when it happened. I was also told that if it was something that wasn’t under warranty I would be charged which I understand. However I was not told that if they didn’t find the problem I would be charged. Since you didn’t find the problem I had to pay when my car is under warranty. I was given a shuttle ride to my house when I dropped my car off the driver told me I would be called when my car is ready and they would set up another shuttle ride to get my car. Apparently that was not how it worked. They just scheduled a pick up time and didn’t advise me of that. I was rather surprised when the shuttle driver showed up at my house. I was not prepared to leave right that second and had to rush so your driver wasn’t waiting. I Was never called when my car was ready. Luckily it was done when I showed up. However the male (I don’t remember his name) who checked me out did not appear to know how to read your paperwork or what he was talking about. He told me my tire pressure wa good on my car which I said I thought was odd since the tire pressure warning light came on on my way to the dealership. He then said oh yeah they were low and he added air. I am very dissatisfied with my experience today!

Colin was very professional and took care of me right away. Jacob was timely with my oil change and went over the inspection with me. I will definitely be back to see these professional young men. I will recommend them to all my friends.

Collin was great. My issue is that I made a 10:30am appointment to have an accessory installed, with expectation I'd wait for the truck about 2 hours. I was told the service shop was one man down due to illness and one man gone on vacation. While I recognise that all business has issues, I feelif some one had called me to reschedule the appointment, all would have been good. I was given a rental so I didn't have to wait, but the work was completed 6 hours approx. later, and had to pay for the gas. I would have rather just come on a day the shop could do the work in 2 hours and go about my way. Suggest the scheduling person confirm the shop time with service and inform customer. Chuck.
