I was satisfied with service. However I was not happy that next service sticker not put in windshield. Other than that, Collin was great with customer service.

I had three recalls on my truck and it wasn’t explained to me fully why all three hadn’t beeen fixed. I had to ask about each one individually to learn if it was completed or not. I can’t understand why it wasn’t explained better to start with. I don’t need to be contacted either, a maintenance action should be explained for each area worked on or not explaining what was done or why it wasn’t!!

My last experience with your service department was not a good one. They had my truck for over a month and ever week it was something else, finally settling on a complete engine replacement.
