It’s just that they weren’t able to solve the problem with my vehicle which I am really concerned about, and the fact on my last service, they did not fill up the washer fluid which they were suppose to. If they ignored this simple procedure, what other things are they skipping on my service? Which I am paying good money for, and being loyal to this maintenance service.

It would have been even better if the car had been charged before i picked it up.
Also, the service department didn't have enough fluid and I had to go home with a rental and come back the next day which cost me another 3 hours.

Everyone was great as the facility! No complaints whatsoever! However, I do have one complaint with Toyota’s “free sevice”. I came in for my 10K service which is “free oil change and tire rotation “ and I paid $70 for a cabin filter change which I think is a rip off.
