Melanie did a great job exceeding my expectations as a customer. It was a busy Saturday morning and you guys have a terrible process of getting people checked in. The guy outside tells you to go inside and take a seat and someone will be right with you, so that is what I did. But then a couple of people started coming in after me and decided to stand instead. When the counter people asked who to help first the oblivious customers after me stepped up before I hand a chance to and was serviced before me. Melanie was busy doing people work but heard my disappointment and frustration since I am pretty good at being passive aggressive. She immediately stopped what she was doing and offered to help me instead. I was glad she took the initiative and gave me the customer service I expected. I was accompanied with my 4 year old daughter and everyone else that worked there seemed just as friendly and courteous. A lady offered to make a new batch of popcorn after I made a remark to my daughter that I didn’t know how old the popcorn was since it looked liked it was popped a while ago. Then another sales guy watched it pop and handed my daughter a new bag of it. Another lady was friendly and gave my daughter a sticker and people greeted us as we walked around the sales floor. When my car was finished Melanie repeated apologized for the wait and how she hoped everything went well. I told her she did amazing and she did not have to apologize for the unorganized System they have to check people in. Please find another way to correct this issue, whether it be forming a line or a designating spots for people to wait and know who is up first. Overall, I still think you guys do a great job.

Everyone was very friendly and let me know that my work today was going to be at no charge, even though I had been expecting to pay. Had a nice chat with one of the associates about tea while I was waiting too. Thank you for taking care of me and my car!

As usual, the folks at Toyota were 1st rate. From the agent taking care of us to the mechanic to the gal making our coffee. Good group of people over there.
