Dustin is very knowledgeable and a great resource. My one complaint is with the dealership. Customers need to be advised if there is a possibility that a part could stop functioning after a number of miles (I.e. oil regulator valve, etc.) We are not the experts on cars so we depend on your expertise to advise. For one who has had regular maintenance on her vehicle I was not pleased when a part stopped functioning leading to major repairs. I believe in PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE and you should also!

We had an oil change scheduled. The check in process took an extraordinarily long time. I waited in the RPM for nearly 2 hours before I was told that you “found “ some issues that required immediate attention to the tune of $880 some dollars and that it would take 2 to 4 more hours of work. Had this vehicle serviced within the usual time frame at your service center and was told the vehicle was in great shape. 5K miles later there are issues requiring immediate attention for a big chunk of money. 2 hours for an oil change and then some scary diagnosis about the condition of my vehicle. Feels really bad and untrustworthy!

There should be a sign in the service center notifying customers where to check in at. I sat in one part of Service Center for 10 mins while service agents walked past me numerous times. After a period of time I got up and walked over to the area where the service agents were and asked if this is where I check in at the agent who walked past me and looked at me was like yeah as if I was asking a dumb question. I almost said forget the appointment I’ll go to Jiffy Lube. I don’t know if I’m coming back.
