I am very pleased with the continued professionalism and technical knowledge that I always receive from Heartland Toyota. Even though I reside in Lacey, I still plan on continuing to have my PriusV serviced by Heartland Toyota. The Service Representative (Amanda Martin) represented Toyota superbly and was very accommodating to getting my vehicle’s service completed in a timely manner.

I like that an attendant greeted me when I drove in, and he directed me to Amanda. Amanda is friendly & is able to get started on the service of my car right away. I was 30 minutes early for my scheduled appointment. It was a pleasant experience. Even the salespeople on the floor was helpful with my questions.

I didn't appreciate the attempt to sell me a filter over the phone that was purported to need replacing when in fact I had replaced it a week before. He never inspected it and the dust on the air cleaner proved it. Even gave me a written report stating It needed replacing. It was a lie to get more money from me. You lost a lot of my trust on that one.
